WHAT IS DIABETES?

Diabetes is a condition of less insulin or lack of insulin and too high blood sugar in the body. There is following common types of Diabetes:

1. TYPE 1 DIABETES:

In this, body does not have insulin, which is generally found in youngsters or age-group below 18, however it is also appear in every age-group. Type-1 Diabetics take insulin every day.

3. GESTATIONAL DIABETES

It appears in pregnant women and disappears after child birth. However, it increases risk of type 2 diabetes in later life.

4. PREDIABETES

It is also known as borderline Diabetes. In this, blood sugar levels are higher than normal range, but it is not high enough to diagnose as type2 Diabetes. It is a warning sign of Diabetes in persons.
