White Bread

White bread is the bread that is made using wheat flour. The wheat flour which is used in preparing the white bread does not contain germ or bran in it. In compare to the other bread, white bread has more shelf life due to the milling process. It is one of the popular bread among the other bread. But when it is about being healthier or being rich in nutrients, the white bread remains at the last position only. That is why the nutritionists suggest that one should not eat white bread. We are not saying that it does not contain any nutrients. But, when you consume white bread, you eat more calories instead of eating more nutrients.

One of the reasons why white bread is not a healthier bread is because it is prepared using refined flour. And you all know very well that refined flour undergoes a complete process where most of the nutrients get removed from the flour. Not just this, but white bread is also not good for the digestion system, as it contains very less fibrous content.
