So, in this situation, one should try consuming garlic along with honey. But first of all, grate the garlic and then mix honey in it.

Use as cough syrup – If you are suffering from cough and looking for some home remedies, then there is nothing better than the combination of lemon, honey, ginger, and garlic. Firstly, you need to blend both garlic and ginger after peeling them. Then, add Lemon juice to it and add honey in it. Mix them properly, and your homemade cough syrup is ready.

Good for respiratory system – If you are suffering from some problems related to the respiratory system like asthma, then garlic can be very helpful for you. Garlic along with avocado leaves, honey, ground kola nut, and water, is being used for in such situations.

Good for diabetic patients – It has been researched and founded that consuming garlic for sugar patients is good. As consumption of garlic will help them in reducing the sugar present in the blood. But it is good only when you consume garlic regularly. So, start eating raw garlic regularly, if you want to keep your diabetes in control.

Good for the digestive system – If you are facing a problem in digestion, or if you want to cleanse your digestive system, then you can try this trio combination. Grind all the three, ginger, garlic, and onion together and add water to it and mix them properly. It is quite effective for the digestive system and the bowel movement also. Try to consume it regularly.

Good for reducing inflammation – We all know it very well that ginger has anti-inflammatory properties present in them. So, the consumption of ginger helps in reducing the inflammation. People who are suffering from arthritis have pain and inflammation in their joints. Regular consumption of ginger helps in reducing both pain and inflammation.
